Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. They secure your spot on our training calendar and represent our commitment to your dog's progress.
Rescheduling
Minimum 48-hour notice required for all rescheduling requests. Cancellations within this window will forfeit the session fee.
Balances
Full payment due before the start of the first session. Professional training requires consistency, and prepaid balances ensure a seamless experience.
